I accept returns. Please contact me for an RMA (return merchandise number). I can either replace or refund. With refunds, please note that I must receive your item within 7 days of receipt with an authorized RMA, in the exact condition that it was sent to you in. If your item is damaged, not on my part, then we can discuss what type of refund/replacement will be authorized. A full refund of item price, (not valid on e-books), minus the cost of shipping to you, or return shipping, will me made, via the same method you paid.
